No doubt the holidays are a time to enjoy different foods. Most of the more indulgent than you normally eat. But there is no need for excessive consumed at every meal. Eat before hungry and stop eating before satiety.
The holidays are a great time to get in a workout. This not only helps you feel better, it makes you move more. Do not have to exercise to the gym. Dancing in the evening, go for a walk, and just find a way to move your body more than usual.
Choose a Healthy Snack
Look for opportunities to eat more fruits and vegetables, whether it was in a hotel room or eat buffet or restaurant. For example, we munch apples or bananas between meals and instead choose unhealthy snacks and disturbing taste lunch and dinner.
Eat with Various Variations
The more varied selection of food, the more opportunities there are to improve the nutrition and discover something new.
So when it comes to the holidays, take the time to eat quality food, socializing, and the focus of the food prepared. It is not about eating too much but about slowing eating and pay attention to the food consumed
